What You Need to Know

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.  To be eligible, items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging (if applicable)
  • Free from odors, stains, or wear


Non
returnable items include:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custommade items
  • Items marked “nonreturnable” at checkout

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial:

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Deductions may apply for:

  • Return shipping (if not due to our error)
  • Items not returned in original condition

Nonrefundable items:

  • Shipping fees
  • Gift wrap fees
  • Donations (if applicable)

Returns Process
Select items can only be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated in our return policy and with written approval from Jubihaven. To initiate a product return, you must first contact Jubihaven for an RMA #. Any attempt to return products without an RMA # will be refused. If the items are eligible for return, the RMA# will be provided along with the return address.  Once returns have been received and processed by Jubihaven, a refund for items returned will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to make the purchase

To start a return:

  1. Email us at support@jubihaven.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll provide an RMA # with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label (if approved)
  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.

Return shipping costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item), we cover the return shipping.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which may be deducted from the refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier
  • Contact us at support@jubihaven.com

We will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement when possible

We’re happy to help with exchanges for different colors, styles, or replacements of the same item.

Exchange options:

  • Same item replacement (if defective or damaged)
  • Different variant (color, size, style)
  • Store credit

To request an exchange, contact us at support@jubihaven.com

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue and packaging
  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
