Shipping Policy

At JubiHaven LLC (“JubiHaven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we want your homebrightening pieces to arrive safely, quickly, and with care. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

 

Order Processing Times

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days
  • During highvolume periods (holidays, launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Destination
  • Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
  • Priority Shipping (U.S.): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

 

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number once your order is on its way.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states and territories
  • P.O. Boxes (via USPS)
  • APO/FPO addresses

International shipping may be added in the future.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.  If tracking shows movement but the package is delayed, please allow additional time as carriers may experience intermittent slowdowns.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please doublecheck your shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • We can reship it once the correct address is provided
  • Additional shipping fees may apply

 

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building office
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order
  3. Contact the carrier for additional details
  4. Email us at support@jubihaven.com

We will help you file a claim or arrange a replacement when possible.

 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging
  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you

Your experience matters deeply to us.

 

PreOrders & Backorders

If an item is marked as preorder or backorder:

  • Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page
  • Your payment reserves the item
  • You will receive updates if timelines change

Orders containing both instock and preorder items may ship separately.
